All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on badass-marketer.com are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon payment, they cannot be “returned.” Once a purchase is processed and a download link has been issued, the sale is complete.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Lack of time to use the product
- Not achieving a desired outcome or result
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Technical issues on your end (incompatible software, device, etc.)
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software to open and use the product prior to purchasing (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for .xlsx files).
No Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon checkout, there is no window to cancel a completed transaction.
Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges
We will make it right if we made an error. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or received a duplicate charge, contact us at hello@badass-marketer.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and resolve confirmed billing errors promptly.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback we consider fraudulent or unjustified, and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount along with any associated fees.
